Recovery and Return to Work

If you are suffering from an injury or condition that occurred in the workplace our goal is to assist in your recovery and return to work in the same capacity to had prior to injury.

Returning to Work is the primary focus of the Workers Compensation scheme, we want to ensure you recover and have the capacity to remain active in the workplace. Returning to Work in any capacity is proven to assist in recovery as well as both mental and physical wellbeing.

As you recover, we may arrange with your employer to provide suitable duties, which are designed to match your capacity to tasks in the workplace. If suitable duties are offered, and you are medically capable, it is expected you participate in any Return to Work arrangements.
